Why hike at sunrise?
Hiking in the morning provides a great workout for your body and has numerous health benefits. This is an open invitation. Simply show up to the designated location noted below.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for the hike.
How strenuous is the hike?
The trail measures approximately 3.2 miles in length, round trip, and is rated as easy to moderately challenging. The group will maintain a leisurely pace, and our experienced facilitators will ensure that everyone keeps up.
What should I bring?
We recommend you dress in layers in comfortable hiking attire with sturdy footwear. We also recommend you bring a hat, sunscreen, water (at least 1 liter for every two hours), and snacks.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on the trail but must be leashed and under the owner’s control at all times.
