It can boost metabolism\, improve cardiovascular health\, reduce stress and anxiety\, and increase overall well-being. Plus\, starting your day with a hike in nature can set a positive tone for the rest of your day \n\n\n\nHow do I join? \n\n\n\nThis is an open invitation. Simply show up to the designated location noted below. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost? \n\n\n\nThere is no fee for the hike.  \n\n\n\nHow strenuous is the hike? \n\n\n\nThe trail measures approximately 3.2 miles in length\, round trip\, and is rated as easy to moderately challenging. The group will maintain a leisurely pace\, and our experienced facilitators will ensure that everyone keeps up. \n\n\n\nWhat should I bring? \n\n\n\nWe recommend you dress in layers in comfortable hiking attire with sturdy footwear.
