During this trek\, we’ll explore San Diego’s most famous mountain\, Cowles\, as well as Pyles\, Kwaay Paay\, and North and South Fortuna peaks. This hike will reinvigorate your adventurous spirit with fresh air\, stunning views\, and positive vibes. Regardless of expertise\, all are welcome to join us for this memorable outdoor excursion. \n\n\n\n#BPDSO #sandiego #blackpeoplehike #hiking #missiontrailsregionalpark #fivepeakchallenge \n\n\n\nFrequently Asked Questions\nHow do I join? \n\n\n\nBe sure to RSVP below so that we know you plan on joining us. By doing so\, we are able to send out updates\, to include training opportunities\, and keep you abreast of any changes regarding this event! \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost? \n\n\n\nThere is no fee.  \n\n\n\nHow strenuous is the hike? \n\n\n\nThis challenge is approximately 17 miles in length with 4\,416 feet of elevation gain and is considered moderately difficult.  \n\n\n\nWhat should I bring? \n\n\n\nAlong with good vibes\, we recommend you dress in comfortable hiking attire with sturdy footwear. During this trek\, we’ll explore San Diego’s most famous mountain\, Cowles\, as well as Pyles\, Kwaay Paay\, and North and South Fortuna peaks. This hike will reinvigorate your adventurous spirit with fresh air\, stunning views\, and positive vibes. By doing so\, we are able to send out updates\, to include training opportunities\, and keep you abreast of any changes regarding this event! \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost? \n\n\n\nThere is no fee.  \n\n\n\nHow strenuous is the hike? \n\n\n\nThis challenge is approximately 17 miles in length with 4\,416 feet of elevation gain and is considered moderately difficult.  \n\n\n\nWhat should I bring? \n\n\n\nAlong with good vibes\, we recommend you dress in comfortable hiking attire with sturdy footwear.
