This scenic trail is renowned for its lush and beautiful landscape\, featuring stunning views of rolling hills\, towering trees\, and pristine streams. \n\n\n\nNamed after a large rock formation that resembles a regal throne\, the Kings Chair Loop holds a special place in the history of the park. You may also mark “Going” to this event on our BPDSO Facebook page. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost? \n\n\n\nThere are no fees associated with this hike\, but there is a $5 per person park usage fee\, payable at the park entrance. \n\n\n\nHow strenuous is the hike? \n\n\n\nThe trail is approximately 4.3 miles in length and is considered moderately difficult. Some scrambling may be required. The group will travel at a slower pace\, and our experienced group facilitators will ensure that no one is left behind. \n\n\n\nWhat should I bring? \n\n\n\nWe recommend you dress in layers in comfortable hiking attire with sturdy footwear. We also recommend you bring a hat\, sunscreen\, water (at least 1 liter for every two hours)\, and snacks. \n\n\n\nAre pets allowed? \n\n\n\nPer park rules\, pets are allowed.
