DESCRIPTION:BPDSO is excited to invite you to join us as we journey through the beautiful Mission Trails Regional Park for our first annual five-peak challenge community hike. During this trek\, we’ll explore San Diego’s most famous mountain\, Cowles\, as well as Pyles\, Kwaay Paay\, and North and South Fortuna peaks. This hike will reinvigorate your adventurous spirit with fresh air\, stunning views\, and positive vibes. By doing so\, we are able to send out updates\, to include training opportunities\, and keep you abreast of any changes regarding this event! \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost? \n\n\n\nThere is no fee.  \n\n\n\nHow strenuous is the hike? \n\n\n\nThis challenge is approximately 17 miles in length with 4\,416 feet of elevation gain and is considered moderately difficult.  \n\n\n\nWhat should I bring? \n\n\n\nAlong with good vibes\, we recommend you dress in comfortable hiking attire with sturdy footwear.
